- Izumi Morimoto Harry is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and a member of American Music Therapy Association. She has completed the music therapy curriculum at California State University, Northridge with a successful completion of a supervised internship at Napa State Hospital. After completing her internship, she worked for a private hospital and has since started her own private practice. Her approach to music therapy is to focus on a child’s strengths and abilities instead of their disabilities. Izumi has worked with a broad variety of clients, ranging from the psychiatric population to children with special needs.
- She is also a clinician at the Music Therapy Wellness Clinic at California State University, Northridge.
She currently lives in Pasadena, California.
